Our Story

We’ve been in change management for over a decade and we’ve heard one question in every organisation we’ve worked in. ‘Do you know any other good change people?’ seemed to be a predictable ask everywhere we went.

That one question got us thinking; and whilst we’d built a fairly sizeable network through the years, wouldn’t it be amazing if we created a way to find more! A place where not only would there be fantastic change people able to support, strive together and champion each other, but also somewhere that offered mentoring; CV help; template documents; tried and tested slide packs; tips and tricks docs and much more?

At that moment, Good Change People was born. This platform is designed to be the place where everything a change manager needs is in one place – including exclusive jobs! But unlike on LinkedIn, recruiters and salespeople can’t bombard you with unsolicited messages on our site. When they want to post a job, we vet it and ask all the important questions – you’ll never see a job on our site without a salary or rate attached. We’ll do the due diligence for you and in return, when you join us we’ll ask what you like doing, what you’re good at and crucially, if there’s anything you really don’t want to do again. This means we won’t contact you unless we’ve got a job we think you’ll be perfect for (if you’ve told us you’re open to work of course!).

But don’t get it twisted – we’re so much more than a jobs site – we’ve got templates for you to download and rebrand to save you oodles of time, a community of likeminded individuals ready to support and strive with you, mentors to help you level up and even retirees keen to keep up to date in the industry. All these features plus live events, webinars, training resources and of course the ability to be crowned the next Change Maestro await. What are you waiting for? Join GCP today!
