FUNDAMENTALS OF CYBER SECURITY

CSP offers training to businesses to make sure that they are Cyber Secure, we do this by conducting an observational assessment. This assessment allows CSP to see where the business may not be as secure as possible for its clients then we provide training workshops, materials and resources to help employees learn where they may be going wrong, at the end of the second day there is a graded assessment to ensure that the employees have learned and obtained the information provided by us. All these training workshops and assessments allow the business to show off to potential clients that their data, network and information will be secure with the business.

MODULE 1

OBSERVATION ASSESSMENT

This will be a 2 hour assessment where CSP® travel in person to the office of the business, here we will throughout the day walk around the office to spot any risks, as well as that we will also conduct group sessions where employees can express their concerns, we can assess how they collectively conduct certain actions i.e. if they work from home.

MODULE 2

IDENTIFYING GAPS

During our Observational Assessment we will identify gaps, these gaps can be a few things, they can be gaps where more training and understanding is needed, these gaps could be something that the business doesn’t have in place at all and could benefit from adding, or it could be something that needs removing.

The assessments are more effective if conducted in person however, there is also the ability to have it conducted virtually. Training workshops, distribution of resources can all easily be carried out virtually.

MODULE 3

TAILORED TRAINING

Training sessions are a key feature in this certification. These sessions will be conducted the same day as the assessment – depending on the scope of training that needs to be done. If extensive training material needs to be created, then it may have to run into the re-assessment day.

MODULE 4

FINAL ASSESSMENT

This day is all about seeing how much employees have learnt and to assess if these ‘gaps’ will be practiced in real-life situations. This will also be a chance to push our Change Management services by displaying how these changes and training isn’t being fully adopted by the employees and offering them additional support but virtually – this may be done via a weekly catch up session or setting up a live chat that people have access to whenever they need.
